The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of the reservation. All monies paid are non-refundable. All name changes will be assessed a $100.00 per name Change Fee. (Please determine which party is to be billed prior to making changes.) All fees are per person.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


These are per person deposits – $450/pp – Inside Staterooms; $550/pp Ocean View & $650/pp Veranda Staterooms and Suites.


Inside $850; Ocean View $950; Veranda $1,050 and Suites and above $1,250.


$254.74 per person. All name changes will be assessed a $100.00 per name Change Fee. (Please determine which party is to be billed prior to making changes.) All fees are per person. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


This requires a full deposit based on your selected cabin class due at time of booking (see above). Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT on JANUARY 15, 2017.


Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the fifteenth (15th) of each payment date. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay. If you will be sending a check, they must arrive in house on or before your payment is due.


There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days past due on any of your cruise payments we have the choice to cancel your reservation.


All monies due must be paid in full by JANUARY 15, 2017.


All payments are non-refundable. If you have questions regarding trip insurance coverage, please contact TRAVEL GUARD HERE.

If requested, the staff of Flying Dutchmen Travel can assist with researching and advising on airfare, which is not included in the cost of the cabins. Please fill out this FORM.


Charges are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy and do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include all meals, shows and onboard events produced by the Dave Koz cruise. Fuel Surcharge: Holland America Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $65.00 a barrel with a maximum of $10.00 per person per day.

Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines and are nonrefundable once ticketed.

Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.

Any disputes arising from the Dave Koz cruise must be settled in California. Information and pricing is subject to change without notice. While we do our very best to ensure that information and pricing appearing in this website is complete and accurate, we cannot be responsible for incomplete and inaccurate representations, which may or may not be under our control. In the event of a pricing error, misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections. We reserve the right to change all itineraries and entertainers without notice and with no further obligation.


Holland America Linereserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel. The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd guests would be no more than $10 per guest per day, to a maximum of $140 per cruise; and for additional guests would be no more than $5 per person per day, to a maximum of $70 per cruise.

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Government taxes and fees are additional. For new reservations only. Subject to availability. Certain restrictions apply. Dave Koz Cruise, Bridgeway Entertainment, APA & Leopold Management and all entertainers performing on the ship and their agents, Flying Dutchmen Travel and Holland America Cruise Line neither controls, nor operates, nor are they responsible for the actions of independent contractors such as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters. The above said deny any responsibility for liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason you miss a scheduled sailing.
