The cruise resolution process is being done in three phases:
Phase 1 – Full refunds.
Phase 2 – Move the funds from 2020 to 2021
Phase 3 – Move 2020 to 2022
If you have insurance, make sure you call Travel Guard directly to cancel your policy prior to travel date on policy (if you are not are not moving your reservation to 2021 or 2022), or if you need to modify your policy to cover the 2021 cruise, changing dates and carrier, or if you just need to modify the 2022 travel dates (same carrier as 2020).
